Trying to cure your pimples can be frustrating and a hassle. Having pimples is embarrassing and will lower your self-esteem. So, what I’m going to do is share with you some common cures for pimples. That way, you will have clean skin and more confidence.

1. The first common cure for pimples is toothpaste. What you should do is apply small drops of toothpaste onto your pimples. Allow it to stay on your pimples overnight. Wash it off whenever you wake up in the morning.

2. Another common cure for getting rid of pimples is water. Drinking water will help you get rid of pimples. Your body is full of toxins that cause you to breakout. So, by drinking water, you will flush out all the toxins out of your body.

Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.

3. Healthy eating is another common cure for pimples. Eating foods that are loaded with saturated fats, sugar, and vegetable oil will cause you to have pimples. Examples of these foods includes fast food burgers and fries, cookies, cakes, chocolates, pizzas, sugary sodas, and other junk foods.

These foods cause a insulin spike in your body, as well as a hormonal imbalance. That’s why you breakout.

Foods that you should eat are whole wheat foods, nuts, lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken breast, lean beef), veggies, fruit, and other health foods.

Make sure you don’t pop or squeeze your pimples. Doing so will cause a severe breakout. Also, don’t touch your face with oily and dirty hands. If you do, you will irritate your skin and cause pimples to breakout on your face.
