Lower Stomach Fat Is Enemy Number One!

I don’t know exactly when it happened, but one day I woke up and saw I had accumulated quite a little pad of lower stomach fat. I never saw it coming and it took me completely by surprise. When did this happen? Was I alone in this?

I started watching other people around my age and discovered that indeed I was not alone. Almost everyone my age also had a little mound of round, known as lower stomach fat. I guess I thought it would never happen to me. But it did.

Don’t fool yourself into thinking that you can get rid of lower stomach fat (or belly fat, as some people like to call it), by just getting down on the ground and doing a bunch of crunches. And, no machine you buy from late night television infomercials is going to get rid of it, either. There is no way to spot reduce and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

What you need to do is reduce your calorie intake and increase your calorie expenditure. That is the only way to lose that lower stomach fat. If you consider it to be a repository of excess, unexpended calories, you will realize that you need to reduce your calorie intake to get rid of it.
